Hi,

It seems such a long time since I last wrote on the blog. Have been busy though, so I guess this is my obvious excuse for not putting 'pen to paper' or 'finger to keyboard'.

"Evolution for Young Minds" has just started the publication phase. Very exciting because this will be my 2nd book. I never thought I would write one, let alone two, so this is again a very exciting time.

Evolution and natural selection have been pet topics of mine for many years, and Evolution will therefore become the 2nd book in the Young Minds series of children's books. The difficulty is naturally to explain the wonders of the natural world to young children in a way that draws them in and make them take note. Quite difficult in this time and age with competition from fast flowing entertainment and media devices such as Nintendo DS and the Internet.
